SPONSORSHIP

Your $500 sponsorship includes:

• Your company, organization, or brand name and logo on event signage

• A quarter-page advertisement in the event program ($100 value)

• Mention of your company, organization, or brand name in event news releases, email marketing, and on RIBA’s website and social media

• An on-stage thank-you by our emcee at various times during the show.

• One table space in the vendor area ($50 value)

• Two show tickets ($70 value)

VENDOR SPACE

Vendor space is $50. Companies and organizations that provide goods and services of interest to bluegrass musicians and fans are invited to exhibit. Vendors will be listed in the program. You must provide your own table and pop-up canopy, as well as electrical power, if needed (battery or generator).

ADVERTISING

The Ocean State Bluegrass Festival program will be distributed free to every ticket buyer, artist, volunteer, board member, sponsor, vendor, and guest at the festival. The program will also be available on the RIBA website. Several ad space options are available.​​​​
