Sponsoring the RIBA Bluegrass Bash is an excellent way to reach bluegrass music enthusiasts from around the corner and across the region and show your support of RIBA’s mission. Your $500 sponsorship includes:

• Your company, organization, or brand name and logo on event signage

• A quarter-page advertisement in the event program ($100 value)

• Mention of your company, organization, or brand name in event news releases, email marketing, and on RIBA’s website and social media

• An on-stage thank-you by our emcee at various times during the show.

• One table space in the vendor area ($150 value)

• Two show tickets ($100 value)

VENDOR SPACE

Vendor and exhibitor space will be available in the Event Center lobby. Companies and organizations that provide goods and services of interest to bluegrass musicians and fans are invited to exhibit in this high-traffic area. Vendors will be listed in the program. You must provide your own table (one 6 ft. table, max.). Table space: $150 (does not include a table).

ADVERTISING

The RIBA Bluegrass Bash program book will be distributed free to every ticket buyer, artist, volunteer, board member, sponsor, vendor, and guest at the festival. The program will also be available on the RIBA website. Several ad space options are available.
